Custom Thumbnails adds a handy field to all items in your media library, allowing an image to be assigned as a thumbnail for any other media element. For example, an uploaded PDF, video, audio file or other media element may have a separate uploaded image assigned as a thumbnail. This plug-in was forked from jbrinley’s outdated Custom Thumbnails plugin.
